The Complex is at 2 kms from Ushuaia's downtown and is located in the way of ascent to the Martial Glacier, at the beginning of it. The zone is hotel reserve, and marks the limit between the city and the forest that climbs the slopes of the mountains.
The 7 hectares of the Resort are perfectly fenced, and the only access is 1430, Fernando Luis Martial st.
In its interior the enchantment of a forest with history is lodged, where it will be possible to walk by footpaths that were created by the old woodcutters, and where centennial trees coexist with native plants, between which the visitor will be able to discover wild orchids, mountain flowers or calafate shrubs.
