Destiny has provided that we managed to obtain a portion of land to construct the home that we always yearned for and, next to it, 13 small houses, to invite those who would like to share with us the dream to inhabit the fuegian forest, embraced by the nature of this imposing Argentine south.

   The design of the cabins responds to the "first age" architecture adopted by the pioneers of Ushuaia, at the beginning of the 20th. century. The project was developed in our Architecture and Engineering Studio. The mainly used material was the local wood: "lenga". The carpenters, with an experience of many years of work and confronting the great snow-covered and intense colds characteristic of the zone, constructed these wonderful cabins.

   The furniture and interior elements were constructed in our carpentry and designed by our architects to recreate a warm familiar atmosphere.

    Each one in the great family who is FANK + MARTINEZ Studio, has contributed to the continuous development and growth of this place, achieving what is today the ALDEA NEVADA Resort.

Characters who left and will leave a track in our history:

Don Alvarado: An old settler in charge of the forests' and gardens' care.

Reinaldo: The first voice of Aldea Nevada. He is the one who accompanies our visitors since their reservation, during their stay, and helps them through until their happy return home.

Alejandra: Creator of the logotype and symbol of the fuegian architecture.

El Flaco (The Thin One): He's the one in charge to manage the control and statistics of the operation and occupation of our cabins.

Manuel: Our Expert in Carpentry matters.

Godoy: The one in charge of maintenance of grills and parks.

Andrés: He is the one who takes care of the lighting of the roads to our cabins.

Tere and Lito: The precursors and creators of this fuegian Eden and the ones responsible for all this to work correctly.

Max and Bola: Our complex's pets, they are the ones in charge of the care and company of our guests.
